Aktor LNG is a newly formed subsidiary of Greek infrastructure and construction firm Aktor Group. The company has signed a series of high-profile LNG deals in 2026, most notably an agreement with Venture Global to offtake up to 1 MTPA for 20 years starting in 2030. The company has formed a joint venture Atlantic-SEE LNG with DEPA Commercial to serve as a vehicle for importing US LNG into Greece.
