2025 Americas Summit & Exhibition Overview

The 21st Americas LNG Summit & Exhibition welcomed 3,000 attendees, including 150 speakers, 100 exhibitors and companies from across the global LNG value chain on October 19-21, 2025 in Lake Charles, USA. Under the theme "Building global energy security, fuelling domestic growth", the Americas LNG Summit & Exhibition 2025 featured the international Exhibition, the Strategic Conference, the Technical Conference, the Americas LNG Awards Evening and the Leaders of Tomorrow Program, in addition to newly added features, including the LNG Innovation Stage and the Americas LNG Golf Tournament.

The Summit highlighted the broad opportunities LNG presents across the Americas, including strengthening regional energy security and delivering economic and social benefits to the local community. Discussions also addressed the growth of American LNG production and export capacity and its role in supporting global energy security.

The Exhibition showcased over 100 leading regional and international companies, providing a vital platform for connecting the LNG supply chain with existing and future gas infrastructure projects across the Americas.

The exhibition reaffirmed Americas LNG Summit & Exhibition as the place where dialogue turns into action, providing a powerful marketplace for advancing secure, sustainable, and inclusive energy solutions. Across the show floor, partnerships were forged, deals were signed, and innovations were brought to life.

About The Strategic Conference

2025 Technical Conference and LNG Innovation Showcase

With 50 speakers from across the Americas and further afield, the 2025 Technical Conference provided a comprehensive view on the growing LNG sector.

A celebration of engineering expertise and innovation, the conference featured professionals from international energy companies, giants of US industry, small/medium enterprises, and leading academic institutions. The range of case-studies and research findings included efficiency gains and process optimizations, new technological breakthroughs, broad-reaching market analyses and human capital solutions.

From emissions measurement tools and AI-led automations in the shipping sector, to brand new multi-MTPA facilities and power solutions for data centers, hundreds of delegates enjoyed two busy days of leading-edge insights.

Over on the LNG Innovation Showcase stage at the heart of the buzzing exhibition floor, interactive sessions covered topics ranging from satellites in high orbit to ultra deep sea gas reserves beneath the Louisiana shelf. Between seminars, OGGN recorded a series of in-depth interviews for the Energy Trade Show podcast.

LEADERS OF TOMORROW PROGRAM

The Americas LNG Summit partnered with four local universities to deliver the 2025 Leaders of Tomorrow Program, bringing together over 50 students for a valuable blend of learning, industry exposure, and professional development. Students submitted abstracts outlining an innovative idea or project, with 12 finalists invited to submit a poster. The students then presented their work to our judging panel, with a winning submission selected in each of the four categories.

At the Leaders of Tomorrow networking breakfast, students had the opportunity to meet senior LNG leaders in a rotating roundtable format. This setup allowed them to engage directly with a variety of executives, ask questions, gain insights, and build meaningful connections across different parts of the energy industry.

The program will continue to create further opportunities that help emerging talent grow and take their first steps into the LNG industry.

Celebrating excellence in the energy industry

The Americas LNG Awards recognize organizations that have contributed to the future of the LNG industry across the Americas region in the past 12 months.

The Awards Evening 2025 offered an opportunity to network with key decision makers and thought leaders within the global LNG industry.

Congratulations to the 2025 winners

Woodside Louisiana LNG, for their $17.5B investment in the US LNG sector. With Final Investment Decision reached in April 2025, Woodside Louisiana LNG further underlines American leadership on the supply of secure, affordable, and lower carbon energy to the global market.

Flowserve Corporation, for its groundbreaking development of a next-generation Dry Gas Seal (DGS) technology designed to drastically reduce fugitive methane emissions in the LNG and natural gas operations.

AMERICAS LNG GOLF TOURNAMENT

The Americas LNG Golf Tournament, held at the award-winning Contraband Bayou Golf Club and sponsored by Performance Contractors, provided a well-received opportunity for early engagement ahead of the main conference program.

Bringing together senior executives, industry professionals, and key stakeholders, the tournament offered a relaxed environment that encouraged informal discussion and relationship-building across the LNG value chain. It played a valuable role in setting a collaborative tone for the wider event, complementing the technical and strategic discussions that followed during the summit.
