It is advised that delegates book early to ensure their visa is guaranteed, the visa application process can take a number of weeks.

Please note that it is the responsibility of the individual to arrange and bear any costs associated with obtaining an entry visa. At dmg events, we may be able to assist with this process but cannot accept liability for any costs nor any costs associated with the failure to obtain such entry visa.

Located on 64 acres overlooking the scenic eastern rim of Lake Charles, the Lake Charles Event Center is a premier destination for business, cultural, and educational gatherings in Southwest Louisiana.

Centrally positioned near key infrastructure, the venue offers convenient access for both regional and international attendees. In addition to its professional-grade facilities, guests can enjoy nearby amenities such as the scenic boardwalk, Bord du Lac Marina, and Millennium Park.

Transport

For guests staying with our official accommodation partner L'Auberge Hotel & Resort, coaches will be arranged for travel throughout the conference.

If you are travelling from elsewhere, you will need to make your own arrangements for transportation.

You can download the app from the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store. Simply type 'Americas LNG' into the search bar and tap the 'Get' / 'Install' button to download the app.

Once registrations have gone live, you will receive an email with instructions on how to log in to the application and how you can access the details within. Once this is received, we ask that you log in to ensure that your profile works correctly and to view the conference program, speakers, and their sessions. You will be able to use the app to network and schedule meetings with other attendees and search the exhibitor list for products and services.

Please note: Only the individual listed as the Presenter on the Speaker Portal will receive a complimentary pass. We are only able to provide one complimentary All Access pass per accepted abstract.

No action is needed for registration - your complimentary Speaker pass will be issued automatically. Please expect this to be emailed in advance to your main email (shown on the speaker portal).

You will need photo ID onsite to collect your badge.

As a Speaker you will receive the equivalent to an All Access delegate pass, enabling you to attend all conference sessions.

Password: If you have forgotten or need to reset your password, you can request this on the login page. An email will be sent to you.

The Speaker portal is where you can manage:

• Profile: Headshot, bio, company logo, mobile number.
• Email: If your email address needs to be updated on your profile, please email lidiatoth@dmgevents.com.
• Additional contact: If you would like another contact added to your profile in 'cc', please email the details to lidiatoth@dmgevents.com.
• Abstract: You can make minor amends to your abstract. Please 'request to edit' in the top right corner.
• Presentation: This is where you download the compulsory Gastech technical paper and PowerPoint templates.

Presentation upload: This is where you are required to upload your Speaker presentation and Technical paper (all technical speakers) by September 29th, 2026.

Please look for an email from adobesign@adobesign.com (DMG Events) - this may have gone to your junk folder - and then follow the instructions to sign or delegate signature to a colleague.
