Accommodation and Travel

You will need to make your own travel arrangements including flights, transfers and accommodation.

Accommodation can be arranged at preferential rates via the Americas LNG Summit & Exhibition website.

Visa

For information on visa requirements to enter America please contact your local embassy directly. Find out more directly from the U.S Department of State here.

It is advised that delegates book early to ensure their visa is guaranteed, the visa application process can take a number of weeks.

Please note that it is the responsibility of the individual to arrange and bear any costs associated with obtaining an entry visa. At dmg events, we may be able to assist with this process but cannot accept liability for any costs nor any costs associated with the failure to obtain such entry visa.

Centrally positioned near key infrastructure, the venue offers convenient access for both regional and international attendees. In addition to its professional-grade facilities, guests can enjoy nearby amenities such as the scenic boardwalk, Bord du Lac Marina, and Millennium Park.

Americas LNG Summit & Exhibition App

You can download the app from any app store.

You will receive an email once registration is live. Use the app to plan your visit to the Americas LNG Summit & Awards. You can view the conference program, speakers and their sessions. You can also use the app to network and schedule meetings with other attendees and search the exhibitor list for products and services.

Registration: How do I register as a Speaker?

No action needed - your complimentary Speaker pass will be issued automatically. Please expect this to be emailed in advance to your main email (shown on the speaker portal).

You will need photo ID onsite to collect your badge

As a Speaker you will receive the equivalent to an All Access delegate pass, which enables you to attend all conference sessions
